**This message appears in the following cases:***

  * __You have not yet applied for a VPN key.__
    * **Solution:** Submit a VPN key request to [[https://lobby.siedler3.net]] and follow the instructions there.
  * You returned after a long break, re-registered with your old nickname and email address, but didn't get a VPN key downloaded.
    * **Solution:** Wait max. 1 hour until the system recognizes your return and assigns you the VPN key.
    * If this solution does not work, describe your problem in the [[https://www.siedler3.net/cb3/|Forum]].
  * You returned after a long break, re-registered with your old nickname, but you entered a different email address in the aLobby than in the forum.
    * **Solution:** Register in the [[https://www.siedler3.net/cb3/|Forum]], go to the control center and change your email address there to the one you used in the aLobby.
      * wait a maximum of 1 hour until the system has recognized your adaptation and assigned you the VPN key.
    * If this solution does not work, describe your problem in the [[https://www.siedler3.net/cb3/|Forum]].
