No valid OpenVPN configuration file (*.ovpn) found in folder

This message appears in the following cases:*

  • You have not yet applied for a VPN key.
  • You returned after a long break, re-registered with your old nickname and email address, but didn't get a VPN key downloaded.
    • Solution: Wait max. 1 hour until the system recognizes your return and assigns you the VPN key.
    • If this solution does not work, describe your problem in the Forum.
  • You returned after a long break, re-registered with your old nickname, but you entered a different email address in the aLobby than in the forum.
    • Solution: Register in the Forum, go to the control center and change your email address there to the one you used in the aLobby.
      • wait a maximum of 1 hour until the system has recognized your adaptation and assigned you the VPN key.
    • If this solution does not work, describe your problem in the Forum.
