Why can't I change my nickname?

The renaming of the nickname is not supported in this community.The background for this rule is as follows:

• Each player in the aLobby receives a personal VPN key. This is linked to the nickname and e-mail address.
• In the league, players must be identifiable with a unique nickname. If the renaming were possible, it would cause a) confusion if a player were to play under several nicknames and b) this would not support the league system, because otherwise the records with the results would not be fully usable.

Therefore this wish will not be fulfilled for reasons of fairness towards your fellow players.
