====== Settlers 3 versions supported by the aLobby ========

The following versions of Settlers 3 are supported by the aLobby:

  * Version 1.60 from one of the [[en:siedler3:editionen|original settlers3 editions]] with the XP patch installed
  * All GOG verions (the latest tested one is "1.60_hotfix_(23266)" from August 2018)

The aLobby provides a unified S3.EXE file for all players. Thus players of each edition can play with each other.

===== Notes ======

Exception to the rule that any edition can play with any others:

  * holders of a Settlers 3 original or Mission CD. These cannot participate in any game with Amazons. This restriction is game related and cannot be circumvented by the aLobby. Those are recommended to [[en:faq:was_ist_gog|buy a GOG version]].
  * holders of a Settlers 3 History Edition.
