<alert type="success">The message described here has not occurred since the release of aLobby 3.0.0. Since this version, the aLobby ignores problematic feedback from the sound output of the computer.</alert>

If this message appears, there is a problem with your sound card. **Possible causes for this:**

  * Your sound card is disabled.
    * Solution: activate your sound card. If you don't know how to do this, check your system's manual or contact your IT professional.
  * There are devices listed in your system configuration for sound output, but they are not connected (e.g. output of sound via a headset that is not connected).
    * Solution 1:** Reconnect the hardware.
    **Solution 2:** Change your system configuration accordingly.
