I get the message that the S3.EXE was not found. Why?

Possible reasons for this are:

• You haven't installed Settlers 3.
  • * Solution: Do it now]. Without a valid Settlers 3 installation the aLobby is not usable for playing Settlers 3.
• Your Settlers 3 installation is broken.
  • Solution: Install Settlers 3 again completely new and then the aLobby as well.
• You have installed a mixture between different Siedler 3-Editions.
  • This can happen, for example, if you first installed a GOG version and later installed another edition over it or besides it.
  • Solution: Uninstall all installed The Settlers 3 versions and install just one anew.
