Backup system
The aLobby currently uses 2 server systems to provide the service without interruption. In addition to the live system, which every user accesses by default, there is also a backup system on another server. This backup system provides the same services as the live system (including aLobby and VPN), but does not always contain up-to-date data.
Setting
The backup system can be selected under Settings if the live system is not available.
Notes
- The permanent use of the backup system while the live system is still running is not recommended. The aLobby developers like to use it to test new features in the aLobby, which can lead to confusion for normal users.
