Settlers 3 versions supported by the aLobby
The following versions of Settlers 3 are supported by the aLobby:
- Version 1.60 from one of the original settlers3 editions with the XP patch installed
- All GOG verions (the latest tested one is „1.60_hotfix_(23266)“ from August 2018)
The aLobby provides a unified S3.EXE file for all players. Thus players of each edition can play with each other.
Notes
Exception to the rule that any edition can play with any others:
- holders of a Settlers 3 original or Mission CD. These cannot participate in any game with Amazons. This restriction is game related and cannot be circumvented by the aLobby. Those are recommended to buy a GOG version.
- holders of a Settlers 3 History Edition.
