Where does the name aLobby come from?

aLobby stands for „Alternative Lobby“. The name comes from the time in which this software was originally developed. At that time the original lobby of the settler 3-manufacturer Bluebyte/Ubisoft was switched off again and again, so that the players needed an alternative. They found them in the aLobby. The name is now used as a proper name to increase the searchability on the internet.
